The only thing I didn't like about it was it seemed a little heavy to me. It definitely weighs more than typical hard hats are but I guess if you can get used to it it's a great hard hat

I was chosen as a Klein Crusader by Klein Tools. They provided me with this free tool and other incentives to provide an honest review of this product. I am mainly a residential electrician however we do commercial jobs here and there, and my least favorite part is always wearing the hardhat all day, but this hardhat is going to change that! It is easily the most comfortable hardhat I have ever worn! It is so comfy that you almost forget your wearing it like baseball cap. I got the hardhat with the vents on the side and let me tell you it is worth the few extra bucks to get the vents. When you’re working and sweating and especially bending conduit in the rafters of a commercial building a little extra airflow makes a huge difference. The adjustment knob is very easy to use unlike other hard hats and can even be adjusted with large PPE gloves on. Also another nice thing is the sweat wicking pads on the front and side of hat, which help keep you cool and keep sweet out of your eyes! The last great thing about this Klein product is that they have made it headlamp ready. It comes with a head lamp clip on the front and back of the hard hat so all you have to do it clip your Klein headlamp in and you're good to go, no more goofy headlamp bands stretched out across your hard hat. Over all it’s one of the best hard hats on the market in my opinion and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in search of a hart hat, but Klein or don’t buy at all!

The hard hat is very comfortable and the head lamp works really well on or off of the hat. The controllable venting is a must for when you are out in the heat.

I received this hard hat from Klein tools to provide honest reviews of the product. I’ve always had work hard hats provided by my employers. As hard hats go the plastic inserts have always been that, plastic inserts. With the soft padded head band this Klein hard hat class C has amazing comfort, if you’re used to a regular hard hat on a daily basis, you’ll love the comfort provided by the soft pad. The vented hard hat is great while working outside on hot days, by being breathable. With the removable light, There will be no problem working early mornings trying to hold a phone as a flashlight and work with my hands.

I got this hardhat through the Klein Crusaders program and I’ve got to say this is the best hardhat I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly comfortable and never slides around my head. It’s adjustable in so many different ways to fit pretty much anyone. The vents definitely help to keep a little airflow in the summer heat too. The light is my favorite part. It clips to both the front and the back depending on how you wear the hardhat. It is easy to remove and put back on. When you take it off it has a magnet on the back so you can stick it above your work area for more focused light. I absolutely love this hardhat and I will never go back.

Klein gave me free product and incentives to give an honest review of this hard hat. I am an IBEW electrician, and this hard hat is by far the most comfortable hard hat I have ever used. The wicking liner vastly helps on those hotter days and keeps the hard hat secure. The click knob in the back makes it pretty easy to adjust, even with gloves on. The hard hat is a little heavier than most, but feels pretty substantial and the inner support mitigates any neck fatigue that the extra weight may cause. The removable magnetic light is extremely handy, especially when working up in a ceiling with metal framed studs or in a building with pan deck floors. I wish it was a little brighter, though. Also, a rechargeable headlamp would even be more beneficial. But when up close, the headlamp really lights up the work area, it just doesn’t pierce through the darkness over long distances very well. Overall, a very handy buy especially when trying to cut down on the awkwardness of cumbersome PPE. I would highly recommend.

Klein has sent me this hard hat to test, it is part of the klein crusader program. By far this thing is the nicest hard hat. Its vented to keep your head cool on those hot days. It also has a sweat wicking material on the head band. It also has a quick detachable head lamp. #kleincrusaders #kleintools
