VACUUM LEAK TESTER USING HELIUM, ARGON, or CO2

This is a cutting edge Vacuum leak finder, by measuring gas molecular weight.
Finding a leak:

I. Setup:
Vacuum pump active.
Next to suspected leaks and gaps apply Helium, Argon, or CO2.
Find a leak:
Using DigiLEAK probe vacuum pump exhaust. As gas leaks through the leak, molecular weight of air – 29.0, will change. Also, led color will change from green to orange and then to red.
II.
Setup:
Attach a variable gas outlet to the Vacuum Bagging mold.
With outlet valve open, replace all air by blowing Helium, Argon, or CO2 into the vacuum inlet port of the mold. Slightly increase pressure by gradually closing the outlet valve.
Find a leak:
Using DigiLEAK, probe for leaks around the mold. At the place of a leak, molecular weight of air – 29.0 will change. Also, led color will change from green to orange and then to red.

Typical response:
The device was able to detect Hellium, Argon, or CO2 leak from very small gaps, that I was trying to find. In the end, I was able to pinpoint the location of the leaks. This was of sufficient help for me to quickly find and repair all leaks. All in all, I am very satisfied with the operation of DigiLEAK. During my vacuum leak finding work, I was able to even better develop my skills, such that now, I quickly find even very small leaks.
