Charlie Chan on Broadway (20th Century Fox, 1937). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Following a successful run in serial novels, Earl Derr Biggers' Chinese detective, Charlie Chan, was a sure bet for Hollywood stardom. Fox would launch one of the most successful series of movies in the history of the cinema with Warner Oland as the detective and Keye Luke as his number one son.  In On Broadway Chan is called in to solve the murder of a nightclub singer who was going to expose a group of criminals at work. Stunning artwork and dazzling color make this poster pop!
This was to be Oland's second to last film before his untimely death in 1938. Eye-catching with its colorful image, this poster has had partial restoration applied to fold wear and separation, creases and pinholes.
