Arrma Chassis' are literally that, Bulletproof. Precision laser Cut and CNC machined using .25" (635mm) Thick Aircraft Grade 7075-T6 Aluminum.
This Second Generation Bulletproof
Arrma 1/5 scale Outcast 8s chassis
uses 1/4" thick 7075 T6 (Aerospace Grade) Aluminium. Which is time and wear tested to provide much more rigidity, tensile strength and longevity compared to competing chassis on the market. Our Bulletproof Chassis' are virtually indestructible under intense bashing/jumping and other high load applications. Fabricated by precision laser cutting and 4 axis CNC milling/machining with extremely tight quality specs. Using material surpassing anything else currently available on the market. To Give an Idea of tensile strength; it requires a 400 ton press to put the (kickup) angle in the front neck.
All holes are countersunk 2mm deep and laser cut to precision to fit all stock accessories/screws like a glove. Quality, Reliability and Longevity are cornerstones of our Mission here at Bulletproof RC.
Unlike any manufacturers in the market we include a lifetime warranty on any chassis from bending/breaking (assuming normal bashing/driving and not intentionally damaging it). This is the last Chassis you will need to purchase and you'll be very happy with its natural Aluminum finish and exceptional craftsmanship (with special attention to detail). Excess material is strategically machined out to keep the weight down to a reasonable amount without losing adequate tensile strength to uphold our warranty claim.
*Area under the motor and other strategic locations are machined to not only lessen the weight but to also allow the largest Motor cans on the market. A special radius can be machined to relief the weight of larger motors.
