From 1927, this is the Reader's Library UK edition of The Lodger.  This is the tie in for the Hitchcock movie starring Ivor Novello.  Measuring in at 4 x 7 inches, the overall condition of the original DJ is a 6 out of ten with the back cover separated along with chips out of the spine of the DJ as shown.  Book itself is tight and looks unread.
Dustjacket needs some TLC and can quite easily be restored.  Inside flaps of the DJ are intact.
